Comprehensive government funded Training Programme designed to enhance the service at your setting

Costs Covered

Employers can fund training through their apprenticeship levy or non-levy for smaller businesses. The non-levy employers can have up to 100% of the cost covered by the government if eligible

It's Good to Know

Learners don't need to contribute financially.
Learner loans, bursaries and grants are available depending on eligibility

Farah Farooq is an accomplished and visionary CEO, bringing her extensive experience and leadership skills to Scope Training. Farah, co-founder of Scope Training, is able to bring the company's vision to life to motivate and inspire her team. With her exceptional track record in business management and early years education, Farah leads our company in delivering high-quality early years education to our learners. Farah continues to run Outstanding day nurseries alongside her position as CEO of Scope Training.

Mustafa Rafiq

ILR and Compliance Officer
Mustafa's ILR and compliance management responsibilities ensure that our records are accurate and complete, providing valuable insights into our learners' progress and achievements. His documentation and reporting skills, in collaboration with our assessors and managers, provide a clear picture of our compliance efforts, enabling us to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous quality improvement. Aziza Mahter's expertise, experience, and dedication to learners' development make her an invaluable member of our team. Through her efforts, our learners receive high-quality childcare training that equips them with the skills and competencies needed to excel in their chosen careers. Aziza has worked as a nursery manager for many years so understands the unique challenges the early years workforce face as an industry.

Aisha Malik

Recruitment and admin support
As a Recruitment and Admin Support, Aisha plays a critical role in supporting our learners and employers. She works closely with our Recruitment Officer, coordinating and managing the recruitment process, from job posting and candidate screening to scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate communication. Aisha's support ensures that our recruitment process runs seamlessly, attracting and securing top talent for the nurseries we work with. Aisha has a keen interest in art particularly painting during her weekends.

Director of Operations and Curriculum
Nafeesah Rafiq, co-founder of Scope Training, is committed to ensuring the values and ethos are maintained throughout the company. With her wealth of knowledge and expertise in curriculum design and operations management, Nafeesa leads our team in the effective delivery of high-quality early years education. Nazia Nazir

Quality & Performance Manager
Nazia plays a critical role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional training programs and maintaining our commitment to excellence. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for continuous improvement, Nazia drives the quality assurance processes and monitors the performance metrics of our apprenticeship programs. Nazia ensures that our training programs meet the highest standards, providing apprentices with an exceptional learning experience that sets them up for success in their careers. Nazia enjoys attending comedy and literacy festivals throughout the country.

Khadijah Ravat

Admin Support
Claire Walker is an experienced and knowledgeable Childcare Assessor, bringing years of expertise and experience to Scope Training. With her extensive experience working as a childcare assessor, Claire is able to teach and assess our learners' progress and performance in their childcare apprenticeships, providing guidance and support to ensure they achieve their qualifications.
